Manager, Consulting Services 

Stratigent, the global leader in web analytics and marketing optimization consulting, is seeking a highly motivated and talented Manager, Consulting Services, with a passion for digital marketing and web analytics in the Chicago area.

This person must possess keen analytics and business consulting skills and will be responsible for assisting clients, some of whom are Fortune 500 clients, in defining solutions for their online marketing initiatives. In addition, they will manage the overall relationship with their clients and lead a team of Consultants and Analysts. This person will take an active role by creating best practices and methodologies, driving business development efforts and acting as a thought leader within the organization and in the industry.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

¨       Conduct analysis and develop reporting frameworks that provide insight into the performance of clients' online marketing programs and develop recommendations for optimization.

¨       Implement, configure, and customize various web analytics tools to meet client business reporting needs.

¨       Lead multiple projects, manage daily client integration and identify opportunities for additional business opportunities.

¨       Lead, train and mentor a team of Analysts and Consultants.

¨       Ensure the highest levels of satisfaction by delivering outstanding service, valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

¨       Establish best practices, methodologies and serve as a thought leader within the company.

Qualifications:

¨       Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, business management, mathematics, or a related field; MBA preferred.

¨       4-7 years experience in business consulting, managing a team, strategic consulting, or leading large-scale web analytics.

¨       Web analytics, digital marketing, or search marketing experience preferred but not necessary.

¨       Proven ability to successfully manage clients, projects and teams.

¨       Experience and/or interest in related fields such as Brand Marketing, Statistics and Database Marketing.

¨       HTML, JavaScript and PHP coding experience strongly preferred.

¨       Passion and enthusiasm for helping clients develop their digital marketing capabilities into a competitive advantage.
