Sr. Analyst, Online Marketing 

Job Description

In this exciting, newly created position, you will be an integral part of the digital marketing team and work in tandem with the campaign manager to execute and report on campaigns across multiple digital channels.  You will compile and analyze all web campaign data against objectives and report out the results of said campaigns.  You will gather all business objectives and compile them into reports to set expectations for business partners as well as measure campaigns against the same expectations and previous campaigns and make recommendations about future initiatives  This role will also provide weekly updates and maintain the dashboard for all current, past and future campaigns. 

To be successful in this role, you will need:

·         Minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience in digital marketing/direct response analytics (strongly preferred)

·         Proven ability to accomplish goals/tasks in a complex, rapidly changing environment (required)

·         Ability to take direction from multiple people and successfully prioritize competing priorities (required)

·         Possess the ability to maintain positive relationship with internal/external business partners (required)

·         Experience with managing multiple projects and deadlines (required)

·         Web analytics skills utilizing Cognos/Coremetrics (strongly preferred)

·         Undergraduate's degree in any business/math discipline (preferred)  

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project (required)

·         Strong presentation skills in both oral and written form (required)

·         Knowledge of digital marketing and campaign KPIs (strongly preferred)
